These Terms govern your use of GetReserved (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GetReserved is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant or any reservation platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
GetReserved monitors restaurant reservation availability and, when you direct it to, books reservations on your behalf using your own accounts on reservation platforms. You authorize us to access those accounts with the credentials you connect, solely to provide the Service. Bookings made through GetReserved are made under your platform account, exactly as if you made them yourself, and are subject to that platform's and the restaurant's policies (including cancellation fees).
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for: the accuracy of the information you provide; your conduct under your reservation platform accounts, including compliance with their terms of service; honoring or cancelling reservations we book at your direction; and any cancellation or no-show fees charged by restaurants or platforms. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
Reservation platforms set and enforce their own terms. Using any third-party service with your platform accounts — including GetReserved — may be restricted by those terms, and a platform could limit, suspend, or close your account as a result. You accept this risk; we are not responsible for actions a reservation platform takes against your account.
Reservation availability is scarce and competitive. We do not guarantee that any reservation will be found or booked, or that any availability information shown in the app is complete or current. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Reserved offers auto-renewable subscriptions. A paid subscription is required to set up watches and book tables. Current plans and prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends, and any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, resell or commercially exploit reservations, interfere with the Service's operation, or attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Referral rewards (such as free subscription months) are promotional. We may modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time, and may withhold or revoke rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral, refund abuse, or other manipulation. Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable.
You can permanently delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes your profile, connected platform credentials, watches, and booking history from our systems. Reservations already booked remain in your accounts on the reservation platforms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 5, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of restaurants or reservation platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetReserved will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or $50 if you have paid nothing).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
